Effective January 1, 2026, California law (Assembly Bill 1263) introduces additional requirements for the shipment of certain firearm parts and accessories into the state of California.
To comply with these regulations, orders shipping to California that include restricted firearm-related items are subject to the following conditions.
What This Means for California Customers
If your order ships to a California address and contains restricted firearm parts, you may be required to complete additional verification steps before your order can be fulfilled.
These requirements may include:

Valid government-issued photo ID
Customers may be asked to upload a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) to verify eligibility. -
Address verification
The shipping address must match the address shown on the uploaded ID. -
Buyer’s signature required upon delivery
All eligible shipments to California require a buyer’s signature upon delivery. This means that the package must be signed for in person by an adult recipient. -
Additional shipping fee
Orders requiring adult signature delivery may include an additional shipping charge.
ID Upload & Account Verification
Customers may upload their ID during checkout or securely upload it to their customer account for future orders.
Uploaded documents are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Customers may replace or update their ID at any time through their account dashboard.
Order Processing
Orders shipping to California cannot be shipped until all required verification steps are completed.
If verification is missing or incomplete, order fulfillment may be delayed or canceled.
