The Beretta 1301 Handguard Assembly makes use of a modified Magpul
Zhukov handguard adapted for the Beretta 1301 Tactical and Competition
shotguns. The Zhukov handguard features M-LOK slots which can be used to
effectively mount lights, slings, MatchSaverZ shell holder, and other
accessories*. The hanguard comes with a stainless steel carbon shield
installed to prevent carbon and gasses from reaching your hand through
the M-LOK slots.
The adapters are CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and Type III
Black Hardcoat anodized to milspec thickness. The front adapter utilizes
a spring plunger to prevent the front cap (or magazine extension tube)
from loosening during recoil. The rear adapters, which are pre-installed
on the handguard, interface with the receiver and use a portion of the
rear M-LOK slot.
The 1301 Handguard Assembly requires no additional modification and is a drop in replacement right out of the box.

hanguard prior to installing on the shotgun. Take note of how many

could interfere with moving parts, especially the rear slots (long
screws will interfere with the action bars and lead to reliability
