If you ever wanted a subdued piece of gunny stuff, now is your chance.
My machinist screwed up a bunch of .936 gas blocks which became useless for further machining. Instead of letting these blocks go to waste I welded them end-on-end, sliced them up into sections on a bandsaw, hit them with some rough love on a bandsaw and got rid of (most of) the burrs with a Dremel. Depending on how sensitive your hands are you might want to give this a small sanding. I am going to grope each one before sending out to do a last little touchup.
Since no one likes screwed up product I am assuming that this will be a one-time deal.
Some of these will have a bit of a rough look. Some might have remnants of my welding shenanigans on them.
.936 is big enough for a human finger, just to F your I.
